Explosive removal robot

1. Product profile:

ER3 robot has changed the disadvantages that the traditional robot can only capture. X-ray perspective and destruction functions are boldly integrated into the robot body to realize X-ray inspection, capture and destruction, which greatly facilitates the on-the-spot removal personnel.

2. Structure of the system

ER3 explosive removal robot is composed of explosive removal robot, portable X-ray machine, adaptive operating lever and 22mm destructor.

3. Features:

1) It is integrated with X-ray inspection, capture and water cannon destruction, and a set of equipment is used to identify and deal with explosives.

2) It is provided with the structure form of front and rear 4 swing arms + crawler + tire. The tire can effectively and maximally improve forward speed. The crawler and swing arms are suitable for complex terrain and the obstacle crossing performance can be improved.

3) The system is provided with an all-terrain structure so that the front and rear swing arms and tracks can deal with almost any complex terrain. Its 2×2 tire can ensure high-speed deployment.

4) The mechanical arm can achieve 6 degrees of freedom rotation.

5) The mechanical arm is provided with imported motor to lift 10KG weight.

6) The mechanical arm is equipped with explosive destructor and sight, which can destroy explosives on site.

7) It is equipped with a 360° panoramic imaging system to realize 360° monitoring without any dead angle. It uses panoramic software to integrate 4-way camera image into a panoramic view to facilitate the operator controlling the robot.

8) Control mode: It is equipped with 50 meters of control line by using wired + wireless mode so that it can work normally when the frequency jammer is turned on.
